Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Proof of purchase and photos of the issue may be required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened or used skincare products
Hair care products
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund when applicable.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable
